UO Horizon Shard Rules

UO Horizon is designed to provide a challenging and enjoyable experience for all players. These rules exist to maintain a fair and respectful environment.

Failure to follow these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans depending on severity.

Players are expected to treat others with respect.

The following behavior is not allowed:

• Harassment or personal attacks
• Hate speech or discriminatory language
• Excessive toxicity or abusive behavior
• Threats toward other players

Friendly competition and rivalries are welcome, but harassment will not be tolerated.

If you discover a bug or unintended mechanic:

• Do not exploit it
• Report it to staff

Knowingly abusing bugs or exploits for personal gain may result in disciplinary action.

Automation is allowed within reasonable limits, but unattended gameplay that provides an advantage is not permitted.

Allowed examples:

• Crafting macros
• Potion making scripts
• Resource processing
• Skill training macros while present

Not allowed:

• AFK gathering
• AFK farming monsters
• Fully unattended gameplay that generates gold, resources, or items

If a GM attempts to contact you while you are performing automated actions, you must respond.

Failure to respond will result in penalties.

The following tools are allowed:

• ClassicUO
• Razor
• Razor Enhanced scripting

However, programs that provide unfair advantages are prohibited, including:

• Speed hacks
• Packet manipulation
• Client modifications designed to bypass game mechanics

Players may not run multiple characters.

Character names must be appropriate for a fantasy setting.

Names may not include:

• Offensive language
• Hate speech
• Explicit or vulgar terms
• Impersonation of staff

Staff may require players to rename characters that violate these guidelines.

Buying or selling in-game items, gold, or accounts for real-world currency is strictly prohibited.

This includes:

• Account sales
• Gold selling
• Item trading for real money

Violations will result in permanent bans.

Game Masters and staff members are responsible for maintaining a fair environment.

Staff decisions are final.

If you disagree with a decision, contact staff respectfully through the appropriate channels.

Not every situation can be covered by written rules.

If an action clearly harms the integrity of the game or the experience of other players, staff may intervene.
