Welcome to **UO Horizon**!
The Horizon interface combines the classic Ultima Online experience with a variety of modern quality-of-life features designed to make adventuring easier while preserving the spirit of the original game.
This guide introduces the basic windows, controls, and custom systems you'll encounter as you explore the realm.

===== Your First Login =====
After creating your character, you'll arrive in **Renika Island**, the starting town for all new adventurers.
From here you'll have access to the Help Menu, your backpack, paperdoll, character profile, and many of Horizon's custom systems.
Take a few minutes to become familiar with the interface before beginning your journey.

===== The Help Menu =====
The **Help Menu** is your central hub for Horizon.
Nearly every custom system can be accessed from here, including:
* Achievements
* Dungeon Progress
* Companions
* Leaderboards
* Collections
* Commands
* Message of the Day
* Character Information
If you're ever unsure where to find something, start with the Help Menu.

Your backpack stores everything you carry.

The Status Window displays your:

* Mana
As you become stronger, these values will improve through equipment and progression.
